Shipping Service Provider
We currently exclusively ship with DHL Go Green and Deutsche Post.
DHL makes up to two delivery attempts. If you are not available during both attempts, the package will be held at the nearest post office for 7 business days for pickup. Afterward, the package will be returned to us.
Shipment Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation via email. This email will contain the DHL tracking number. You can directly access the shipment tracking on www.dhl.de.

Europe

International
DHL Parcel: 29,90 โฌ

Shipping to Non-EU Countries
Taxes and any applicable customs duties will be levied by the respective customs office. For further information, please contact the relevant customs office.
Delivery Time
Germany: The delivery time is 1-3 business days.
Europe: The delivery time is 3-6 business days.
International: The delivery time is 5-10 business days. The delivery time may be delayed due to processing by the respective customs authority.

We are happy to send your order to a Packstation of your choice. You would greatly assist us by providing the following data for the Packstation:
In the "Company" field, enter your personal 6-9-digit postal number.
In the "Address" field, please enter Packstation followed by the corresponding Packstation number.
In the "City" and "Postal code" fields, please enter the respective address details of the Packstation.
